Great location, pet friendly $25.00 fee but its worth it. Got the king bed with fireplace. Defently will stay here again. When im visiting, hopefully i can get the same room again.
We stayed here one night and it was a nice experience. It's a very convenient location in downtown. The creek and it's sweet sound makes you feel so close to Mother Nature. You can see yourself surrounded by mountains and next to creek. The room are clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location right on the Gatlinburg strip. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Jacuzzi/Fireplace room which was upgraded and nice. Great price and the young woman at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
The staff were friendly and helpful. This location is excellent and they provide a nice big free breakfast. We saw a bear on this location which we enjoyed. The room had a fire place and balcony looking over a creek. Rooms clean and plenty of free parking. Great place and price.
Can't beat the price of this Inn in downtown Gatlinburg! It is definitely old and outdated, but you can't complain with that price! I love how every room has a fireplace! It's cozy and brings me back in time! Have stayed here on more than one occasion and will not hesitate to return when next in Gatlinburg!
This hotel gave us mixed feelings. The bedroom section itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and balcony. The bathroom was not enjoyable. The lights, floors and walls needed washing. This place could be so nice with a good wipe down and a coat of paint. It sounded like there was dripping water in the walls Everytime we flushed.... The areas outside were pretty dirty too. Then this morning the breakfast was fantastic. The dog are was nice as well. Mixed feelings in general. Very congested area but affordable for the location too. Thank you
My friends and family stay at this hotel every time we come to Gatlinburg. It is definitely dated, but we love the location, they have great coffee in the lobby, and the area feels safe. Our only complaint is that the rooms need to be cleaned a little better - my husband and I stayed in this exact room a couple months ago and told the front desk about a dead stinkbug in the cobwebs above the mirror...that stinkbug is STILL there when my BFF and I returned for our 'mom-cation'. We have named him Fred and give him makeup advice while we get ready to go out, but we feel he should probably move towards the light at this point and go to a better place.
We had a great experience staying here. We weren’t looking for anything over the top. Just comfortable and close to the main area of Gatlinburg. The rooms were comfortable. The shower is large. There are small balconies to sit outside. The complimentary breakfast was great. Easily within walking distance of everything. We would stay here again.
